Every leader stands on a battlefield at some point. Krishna did not hand Arjuna a strategy. He handed him a mirror.

Long before Harvard case studies and 360-degree feedback forms, the Mahabharata was already mapping the terrain every leader eventually walks, viz., divided loyalty, moral ambiguity, the weight of a decision that has no clean answer.

A cast of characters who are, quite simply, the most complete leadership archetypes ever written. Integrity of Yudhishthira that nearly cost him everything, brilliance of Karna being undone by unexamined loyalty and a victim identity, fiery resolve of Draupadi setting up the context of the war, the wise counsel of Krishna, all offer a rich ground for self-exploration.

This is not a mythology session. This is a leadership lab that uses the epic as a live diagnostic instrument. Because unlike a case study from a company you will never run, you already know this story in your bones. That familiarity is the doorway. We use it to get somewhere Western frameworks alone rarely reach: the internal terrain where real decisions actually get made.

Across the session, we will move between the sabha of the epic and the boardrooms you actually sit in. Pairing itihasa with contemporary research on decision-making under pressure, values conflict, and what modern psychology calls "moral injury", a concept the Mahabharata was dramatizing three millennia earlier.
