A cast of characters who are, quite simply, the most complete leadership archetypes ever written. Integrity of Yudhishthira that nearly cost him everything, brilliance of Karna being undone by unexamined loyalty and a victim identity, fiery resolve of Draupadi setting up the context of the war, the wise counsel of Krishna, all offer a rich ground for self-exploration.

Pairing itihasa with contemporary research on decision-making under pressure, values conflict, and what modern psychology calls "moral injury", a concept the Mahabharata was dramatizing three millennia earlier.
