About Flow Game

The Flow Game is a powerful tool for creating an interactive reflection, dialogue and action space for groups, teams and individuals. Working through a game is a simple way to ground, strengthen and bring clarity and flow to human beings, their life, leadership and actions. To play the Flow Game you need to have a question that matters to you. It might be something about work or life, home or community. Perhaps you want to think more deeply about your career or how you can make a contribution in the world. Maybe your question is about being in a better relationship with your family or your colleagues. Or you want to ask about a community issue or how you might exercise your leadership in a new and more potent way. 

Flow Games are hosted by a trained Flow Game host. We are today a community of over 400 Flow Game hosts across 6 continents and 30 countries.

Meet Your Host

Namaste! I'm Hariprasad Varma and I'm the founder of Zensei® & Yogaśāla. I'm an internationally certified Executive Coach, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® & Flow Game Facilitator, and Yoga Therapist. I'm also a student of Energy Work, Process Work, and Somatic Experiencing®. Over the past many years, I've had extensive experience in integrating the wisdom from Indic Knowledge Traditions such as Yoga Sutras, Mahabharata and Ramayana in healing and leadership development.

My mission is to integrate mindfulness, well-being, and leadership with intuitive wisdom for leaders and change-makers. This inspired me to transition from a successful career in online advertising with Google & Amazon to delve deeper into the world of well-being, leadership development, and process facilitation.

Over the past 8 years, I've had the privilege to coach over 10,000 professionals in 25 countries and 5 continents spanning the corporate, social sector, and arts fields helping them discover flow, meaning, and joy in their lives.
